1 Acceptance of Terms

7 Account Suspension & Closure

Voluntary Closure

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bd568's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
